A cloak is a fitting decision that can gimp your ship. You fit a cloak for specific purposes and take the penalties if the benefit outweighs the cost. This however gives a free cloak to entire fleets without any drawbacks whatsoever....I'd say no...

Had the same happen the other night. As soon as I got shot at my shields jumped back up to where they should of been minus the expected damage from being shot. Assuming this is just a graphical glitch as I did not go straight into armour when shot.

Don't have a major issue with dedicated ECM ships any more, but the drones seem a little out of wack especially when compared to other E-war drones. Personally I feel all the E-war drones need a good re-work to balance them out, or just scrap all ...

I can fly both, and personally I'd go with the Slep for 1v1 and the abso in gang. As mentioned the Sleps active tank (X-l DG booster ) Would easily withstand an abso as long as you have cap boosters, and the damage output assuming you control ran...
